CAWILA – Sport Ball Factory since 1956

Our name CAWILA originates from our company founder - Caspar Wiegmann Lathen. Since 1956, footballs "Made in Germany" have been produced in the Emsland municipality of Lathen under the brand name CAWILA. From being a sports ball factory, we have evolved into a sports equipment manufacturer, now bringing passion for team sports equipment to the field in the 3rd generation. In July 2021, we integrated our brand into the 11teamsports group and have since been offering team sports supplies, training aids, coaching equipment, sports field equipment, and footballs in the 11teamsports football cosmos.

From hand-sewn leather balls to Fairtrade hybrids

Since 2016, we have been committed to Fairtrade in our football production. Our balls are manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan, under fair conditions and are known for their high and reliable quality. Our decades of experience in ball production are evident in our Cawila Fairtrade football range. Thanks to hybrid technology (sewn and glued), our footballs are durable and long-lasting while providing perfect playing characteristics.
